The beauty of the outdoor area with the River, pool, and tiki bar is simply breathtaking. the loud noise right outside the main door made it almost impossible to get a good night's rest. the room had a musty smell and appeared quite dirty, with various issues like broken hairdryer and dirty floors. On a more positive note, the Adventure Center at Plantation on Crystal River, where guests can swim with manatees, is a unique and wonderful experience that sets this hotel apart. the exceptional service we received, especially from Aylin at the front desk during our 16th-anniversary celebration, truly made our stay special. Their efforts to ensure we had a memorable stay did not go unnoticed and were greatly appreciated. The dining options at Plantation Resort On Crystal River are also worth highlighting. the sensational selection of dining experiences truly fuel your daily explorations along Florida's Gulf Coast. the chance to enjoy fresh local catches and seasonal menus at their three on-site restaurants adds a delightful touch to the overall experience. This contrast between the outstanding outdoor areas and the disappointing room facilities leaves much to be desired.
